Bronzed Aussie Lifesavers (Not)

Sometimes you have to get away from the computer. We dusted off the Surf Boat and took it for a row on the river. It was good to stretch the muscles. I found that the boats don't allow much vertical movement of the oar. If the boat tipped to the side you ended up with the oar jammed on your thighs. I don't know how the guys take these out in the surf. Well it is only a month or so until the season starts so I need to start getting fit.
